Insurance Options

Many times, mental health benefits under your insurance differ from medical benefits. To find out your benefit coverage, please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card. If you need assistance determining your coverage, please contact our office. We will assist in getting authorizations if needed and will bill your insurance for you. Medical insurance does not cover forensic (court-ordered) evaluations, as they are not a medical expense.

Co-pays and charges not covered by your insurance are due at the time of service.

Any client having testing done at our office is responsible for a one-time fee of $30.00 to cover the materials used for testing. This fee is due before your initial testing appointment and is not payable by insurance.

If you do not have insurance, please contact our office for fees. If you need to make a payment towards your account balance, we will work with you to set up a payment plan.
