Due to work schedules, the professional staff is often not immediately available by telephone. Phone calls will not be returned when a therapist is with a patient. When the professional staff is unavailable, a message may be left with the secretary or, if she is unavailable, on our voice mail. Every effort will be made to return your call on the same day you make it, with the exception for weekends and holidays. If you are difficult to reach, please inform us of several times when you will be available. When no one is in the Greenville office, calls are forwarded to the Dayton office.
If you are unable to reach us and feel that you can't wait for us to return your call, contact your family physician or the nearest hospital emergency room and ask for the psychologist or psychiatrist on call. You can also contact a local mental health center or Suicide Prevention at 937-229-7777. If we will be unavailable for an extended time, we will provide you with the name of a colleague to contact, if necessary.
